Getting an airing

From Bradford-on-Avon to Bath, and back, on a canal boat – 1

Bradford on Avon lock

A first set of pictures of the boat as we progressed along the canal from Bradford-on-Avon, through the only lock we navigated (twice) during our four-day trip. The second and third shots are of the boat crossing one of the two aqueducts we crossed, and the fourth – just a bit of fun which might have something to do with the shoes needing a bit of fresh air as the boat approached the Dundas aqueduct.

  1. It’s interesting to compare the last two shots, David, taken in the same place but at different times, and with very different light.

    1. Isn’t it just. It really shows how important light is in a composition. I thought I’d included the EXIF data with the shots, but I haven’t. Something else to check – you certainly keep me on my toes Jim!
