Not the greatest of days for photography, but you have to work with what you’ve got. In this case it was just this single shot, because soon afterwards I was feeling a bit under the weather and had to call off the walk I was having with Joe and Simon along the Brecon & Monmouth Canal.
So then it’s down to seeing what Lightroom can do with the dull and gloomy light. I decided that what was worth emphasising was the new spring growth of green and so it was a case of moving the Clarity and Vibrance sliders to the left and adjusting the Saturation slider until the Green looked about right. It’s my attempt at painting with photography you could say.
