Mexican Hat

The journey from Hanksville to Mexican Hat on first StateĀ 95 and then StateĀ 261 was not without its moments. Just look up Moki Dugway to see what I mean. It was meant to take us via Goosenecks to Mexican Hat where we were staying the night, but we had to leave the former to the next day, so I retraced my steps to take this shot of the well-known Mexican Hat rock formation in the early evening light, having left my passengers to recover from their switchback experience in our motel. Here’s a challenge for you … can you see where I cloned out a telegraph line that ran across this picture?
