Photographers love their solitary trees – I’ve taken a few. I’m thinking of starting a new “fad” – solitary boats/ Jenny wondered why I was taking such a long time over taking this shot. The reason was that there were people walking on the beach, beside the boat … everywhere, and I had to wait until there was no-one else in shot. So no “photoshopping” … just patience.
