The Welsh Lieutenant’s Furlough

There’s a lot of mixed references in the title to this post, but let me try and explain. Yes, I know I’m not Welsh but I’ve lived in Wales so long I might as well be. Yes, I know it was a French Lieutenant, not an American, so linking it with a furlough is a bit inappropriate. But you tell me a better way of describing a lovely couple of days spent with Roger & Karen in Lyme Regis in #duettovan.

This image is taken from The Cobb looking eastwards towards Charmouth and shows about as far as you could see; Golden Cap (far right) was beginning to look hazy and beyond that the coast down to Portland was not very clear at all.

There are a few more images from my two night stay at Hook Farm here.
