I wanted to share this, my first image taken with the Sony 90mm F2.8 Macro G OSS Lens for the Sony A7r Full Frame Camera. I’m very excited about the range of possibilities this lens will offer me for both close-up work like this and also for portrait work which I’ve no experience of doing. Lots to learn about this kind of photography but here it is – my first image, just cropped to square, no other post-processing – taken in the Three Tuns in Hay-on-Wye yesterday (18th February, 2016).
